Our Photo Puzzles are: 

• made from 1/4 inch top grade Baltic birch for exceptional durability
• individually hand-cut by Lory Norden for a unique one-of-a-kind puzzle
• No two pieces are ever exactly alike
• piece counts are approximate the puzzle is cut freehand
• cut with a blade the size of a horse hair (.007 inches thick)
• hand-sanded with care

The images for our photo puzzles are:

• made using a professional laser reproduction of your photo, not a home printer
• applied to the wood using 225 degrees of heat and over 30 pounds per square inch of pressure
• laminated with a professional laminate to protect the puzzle

Adding Figurals to our photo puzzles:

• with the pull down select the number of figurals you would like added 
• eMail and tell us which figural(s) you would like -or- item(s) in your photo you would like used for a figural(s) check the "Product Information" page "Figurals/Swirl Cut/Collage"

Upgrade a Hook & Knob to a more difficult Swirl Cut puzzles:

• with the pull down select the Swirl Cut puzzle option
