Our Photo Puzzles are: 

~ made from 1/4 inch top grade Baltic birch for exceptional durability

~ individually hand-cut by Lory Norden for a unique one-of-a-kind puzzle.  No two pieces are ever exactly alike

~ cut with a blade the size of a horse hair (.008 inches thick)

~ hand-sanded with care

The images for our photo puzzles are:

~made using a professional laser reproduction of your photo, not a home printer

~ applied to the wood using 225 degrees of heat and over 30 pounds per square inch of pressure

~ laminated with a professional laminate to protect the puzzle
